With a bachelor of commerce from Ryerson University (major in finance and minor in economics) and professional experience in the financial sector (operations and equities trading), Gus now leverages this knowledge for his clients’ benefit to get the best prices possible whether buying or selling in today’s competitive housing market.
Gus is a dedicated family man and is active in community and charity work. He lives in Lambton-Baby Point/Bloor West Village, with his wife and two sons, and he is passionate about helping others realize their full potential with respect to the many opportunities that real estate markets present.
He strongly believes in straightforward communication with his clients, focusing closely on their needs, to buy the right property at the right price or to sell a property as intended, without delays or excuses.
An extensive world traveller of 40 countries on 6 continents, Gus is fluent in English and Greek and is communicative in Portuguese.
He is also dedicated to improving the environment. He is a certified Greenagent™ with the National Association of Green Agents and Brokers (NAGAB), which is committed to reducing household greenhouse gas emissions, increasing energy efficiency, conservation, sustainability, and environmental awareness. He also performs work for the David Suzuki Foundation in some of his spare time.
